Demonstration Ministry

 

This ministry is assigned the purpose of MINISTRY SERVICE. Their target is the CORE. Their job is to turn members into ministries by helping members discover their SHAPE (Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, Experience) for ministry and guiding them to find either an existing place for ministry or a new ministry. This ministry is responsible for all service groups. They also assist, train, and supervise the lay ministers of the church. The goal of this team is to help every member of the church find a meaningful place of service that best expresses his or her gifts and abilities.

Performance Expectations

 

This team works to:

• Be a resource for other teams in developing service activities.

• Supervise maintenance staff development/training.

• Develop and prioritize list of maintenance and improvement projects (coordinating with Worship Team).

• Be concerned for social ministry efforts (hunger walk, LMG, etc.). 

• Spearhead drives for disaster relief, as necessary.

 
Also responsible for Class 301 in the Life Development Institute.
